Creative Services/Communications Manager

SUMMARY:
Under the general supervision of the COO-Sales & Marketing, develops the brand image and voice for collateral and other media, provides creative and editorial direction for all advertising, marketing and communication vehicles for the Company, and manages the activity of the department. Oversees creative projects, a small creative staff and is responsible for the overall quality of work produced by creative team.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:• Manages creative projects from concept to completion
• Translates marketing objectives into creative strategies
• Directs and leads creative team through the production of advertising and marketing collateral
• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:• Broad knowledge of everything from visual merchandising and production traffic to direct mail fulfillment, electronic marketing and strategic systems improvements.
• Strong working knowledge of design, brand development and the creative process
• Ability to clearly communicate and justify concepts, direct the collaborative efforts of a small group of creative professionals and inspire others to exceed expectations
• Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written forms
• Ability to manage time effectively, meet deadlines and work on multiple projects simultaneously
REQUIREMENTS
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor’s degree (BA) from a four-year college or university, or one to two years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Business skills and vacation ownership experience is preferred.
