Business Consultant

As a Business Consultant, you will be responsible for providing functional support for the maintenance, modification and implementation of Oracle 11i CRM Application modules in use at First American Real Estate Solutions (FARES). These modules currently include Teleservice, Sales Online, Service Contracts, iSupport, Installed base and Knowledge Base. Qualified applicants should have a strong background in end-user support and in-depth functional knowledge of several Oracle modules.Responsibilities:
Functional Oracle 11i Service Contracts, iSupport, Installed base and Knowledge Base to support the Quote to Cash Track.Experience with at least 2 Oracle 11i Implementations (Service Contracts, iSupport, Installed Base and Knowledge Base).Will work with Technical Assistance Requests (TARs) with Oracle Support, assist with end-to-end process testing (standard functionality and custom extensions) for these modules prior to starting user testing and support user testing and training.Qualifications
BA/BS degree or equivalent preferred and minimum of 2 years of Oracle Implementation experience.
Thorough understanding of the standard Oracle 11i Service Contracts, iSupport, Installed base and Knowledge Base applications.
Ability to quickly grasp concepts relating to customizations that have been designed and developed. Assist in the development of new customizations with design, documentation, testing and training.Benefits
