This isn't the place for someone who prefers to stay glued to a computer and spreadsheets. We are looking for an articulate, outgoing professional as comfortable at leading small and large meetings as he/she is at documenting business process flows, risks and scope. You'll develop, present and facilitate sessions to gather technical and process needs from business and IT areas and then document the results; ensure the traceability of those requirements through the development lifecycle; and become a primary educational source on system and other functional processes for our organization.
REQUIREMENTS




Qualified candidates must have a bachelor's degree-preferably in MIS, CS or process engineering-and practical experience with test case development, testing methodologies, use-cases, process flow diagramming, wire frames, scope control and change control processes. Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-development skills are essential. PMP certification, an insurance industry background and/or experience with Rational Tool Suite a definite asset.



Depending on experience and skillsets we may bring in candidates at the BA II or BA III level.
