Description:
5 years experience and knowledge regarding the UML approach to requirements gathering including functional descriptions, context diagrams, use cases, requirements traceability concepts.
5 years experience and knowledge facilitating the development and documenting detailed business requirements, functional specifications and test cases.

Must have the ability to analyze business information, gather requirements, and write functional specifications.

5 years experience as Business Analyst, extensive hands on experience with Requirements, Design, Specifications, Construction and Testing.
Secondary Skills
Summary
Utility industry experience is preferred, including business knowledge of CIS, Billing, Metering and Credit/Collections.
Duties:
This individual will be a true Business Analyst for enhancements to the Phoenix CSF Project. The emphasis will be on the Business Analysis skills.
This individual will be responsible for working with clients, data analysts, and developers to coordinate and execute the development of a CIS application system.
Should have excellent coordination, organizational skills, verbal and written communication skills and must be a quick learner and versatile. Will need to be a conscientious, hard worker as this is a critical project with distinct deadlines.

Other responsibilities will include reviewing requirements, data models, data mapping and copy books as well as writing functional specs. This project is looking for candidates who want to develop business requirements, functional specifications and test cases.
Must work well independently and with little direction, are self-starters and can work in an atmosphere of friendly, but hard-working people.
This individual will have assigned tasks with pre-defined deadlines and will be expected to complete quality work within the set time frames and a daily status report may be required
