Branch Manager Seattle, WA

In this highly important role you will: drive business growth and development of the Kelly Healthcare Resources (KHR) branch; promote and manage healthcare resources through sales and marketing; be responsible for identifying, planning, and developing new business opportunities; ensure quality delivery of services to our customers, participate in promotional endeavors to increase the visibility of KHR and increase recruiting processes as well. This position is also responsible for building and maintaining a profitable client base and operations management. You will need to assess customer needs and develop staffing to meet those needs in a cost-effective manner. In addition, you will need to manage resources, implement a plan, and oversee start-up of the branch. You will plan and appraise branch staff performance using effective management techniques, provide field intelligence to the Regional Manager through reporting, and prepare major proposals through interaction with the Regional Manager to ensure that field input is considered in national contracts.
Desirable qualifications and experience:This individual must have a strong goal orientation with a strong commitment to quality and ethical behavior. Healthcare sales/marketing experience, knowledge of the temporary staffing industry, and management and start-up experience essential. The ability to work within a 'team' approach is essential.
