REQUIREMENTS
We are looking for someone who wants to create a long lasting relationship with BMW. Previous sales or management experience is required. Paid training consists of a one week Lithia sales course and additional BMW specific training. You must be at least 18, have a valid drivers license, clean driving record and be drug free. EOE 3000.00 guarantee for first 6 months Benefits after 90 days Accelerated Management Programs
