Account Manager

Position Description:
Account Managers are responsible for managing a provided territory and building a client base within that territory. Successful managers will be responsible for meeting and exceeding a sales budget and territory growth goals as well as providing outstanding service and value to our client and their client base. If you are looking to grow with a company, our client promotes heavily from within offering the opportunity to explore various career goals.Specific Responsibilities:
•Consistently meet company standards in sales and territory growth
•Manage all aspects of sales cycle including regular phone contact, service, sales, quotas and prospecting
•Develop a strong understanding of products and services our client offers
•Have a high volume of client contact activity on a daily basis to consistently maintain accounts
•Quick response time to client inquiries and problems
•Maintain a high degree of work ethic
•Dedication to learning and embracing the industry and career path with our client
REQUIREMENTS
Candidate Profile:
Our ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success with a “go getter” attitude. A sales background is preferred, however if you can provide examples of meeting and exceeding set goals in another capacity, you will be considered for this position. Must have clear aspirations as far as a career path and be able to communicate these goals effectively. A great work ethic is required. We are looking for a truly motivated individual who is motivated to succeed and who is looking for a company who can set them up for the success they are looking for.Requirements:
•2-3 years of professional experience, sales experience not required but preferred
•Bachelor degree preferred, Associates required
•Ability to meet and exceed set goals
•Team player attitude
•Leadership skills
•Proven track record of success
•High energy with the desire to succeed
