Account Manager

Account Manager Needed
Duties:Business Development
Complete/maintain an up to date analysis of business potential in assigned territory
Review market analysis with branch manager to establish monthly and quarterly financial goals
Setup and maintain Territory Management manual
Complete a strategic client information form on all current accounts and prospects
Review sales activity on a weekly basis with branch manager
Complete required reports and submit to branch manager in a timely manner
Sales:
Complete required number of cold calls, service calls, and sales presentations to meet established sales goals
Utilize the SOS Strategic pricing guide to establish bill rates that support gross profit goals.Utilize Territory Management Program to achieve monthly and quarterly financial goals.Meet with branch staff to review marketing plan and anticipated sales activity for next quarter.Utilize marketing plan to open required number for new accounts
Customer Service:
Develop contacts at multiple levels within each client organization to include personnel responsible for placing orders; accounts payable, making utilization decisions and senior management
Periodically meet with client contacts to assess the quality of service and to identify opportunities for providing additional service
Regularly contact inactive accounts to identify opportunities to re-activate service
Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in timely and satisfactory manner
Provide staffing personnel with all appropriate information on the number of personnel needed and skill sets needed on all anticipated orders
Become an active member of appropriate organizations as directed and defined by manager
Minimum Requirements:Minimum 2 yrs of related experience in a sales or customer service capacity
Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills
Capability to effectively communicate with all levels of company equipment and software associated with the essential functions listed
Ability to work assigned schedule and occasionally work extended hours upon request

REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 2 yrs of related experience in a sales or customer service capacity
