Account Manager

Our client is uniquely positioned among consumer electronics manufactures, with unmatched resources and control for the creation of superior products. Few companies absolutely own and control the core technologies behind their products.

The Account Manager is an end user sales executive responsible for leading an HDS sales campaign utilizing all resources at his/her disposal. This may include selling direct or through any one of our channel partners. The Focus Account Manager will have 1-5 accounts and some may be investment accounts. The Account Manager is responsible for selling all products, services and solutions offered by HDS. The AM reports to the District Sales Manager and may have additional responsibilities as a National or Global Account Manager.


REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate must possess:

5+ years as a sales executive in a similar environment.

1. Technical product and business knowledge with effective presentation, communication, verbal and written skills.

2. Effective time management, prioritization and financial skills with strong relationship building ability.

3. Must be able to influence, forecast and function independently with minimal supervision.

4. Capable of leading a virtual team of technicians, service colleagues, finance support personnel and partners to effectively manage an overall sales campaign.

5. Demonstrate success in large account management and quota achievement.
