Our office currently specializes in placing Civil and Environmental Engineers, Healthcare and Construction professionals to firms throughout the United States.

Our Account Executives are in contact with company decision makers and candidates in their respective industries throughout the day. However, it takes a very disciplined individual to be successful. High energy and strong organizational skills are attributes of our top performers. Our 1st year Account Executives average earnings of $50K to $80K. Account Executives with more than 1 year’s experience can earn well in excess of $100K. Our compensation plan is commission based with a sales quota and a commission structure unparalleled in the industry. On average, you’ll make your first placement within 60 to 90 days and your commissions will start being paid as soon as your placement fees arrive in our office; generally within 15 days. A draw towards your commission is available during the start up period.
REQUIREMENTS
Our environment is fast paced, high energy and highly professional. You will have the ability to earn an income that rewards you for your success while working an 8 to 5 hour schedule with your week ends free. Successful candidates tend to be extroverted, not easily distracted and like being in control of their earnings. We prefer that you reside within a 30 minute commute of our office.
