Trainer (biotech / pharm)

Seeking a candidate who is extremely organized and who can work with many teams (IT team, business team, lines of business teams, etc), and bring them all together. We will consider candidates without college degrees but with equivalent work expereince. Travel to other company sites in US may be required Position Includes one or more of the following training functions:
* Instructional Designer - Designs/develops training materials to educate users on the correct way to operate applications to support business processes.
* Instructor - Delivers instructor-led training. Must have excellent written and oral communication skills in order to explain complex ideas and tasks
* Advisor - Advises Informatics projects on training requirements, standards and processes.
* Training Lead - Manages training design, development and delivery.
* Training Administrator - Schedules and plans training sessions. Implements training administration processes, including records management.
Must perform effectively in a team, or alone and unsupervised and communicate effectively with team members and management. May require specialized pharmaceutical industry experience and/or knowledge of particular products.
Education: Undergraduate Degree desiredsee above
