Sr. Manager, Investor Relations

This is a Sr. Manager / Associate Director of Investor Relations position with a strong and growing biopharmaceutical / biomedical company, focusing on the cardiovascular market.

As an integral member of both the Investor Relations (IR) and Corporate Communications teams, this role will be responsible to recommend and execute a comprehensive investor relations program.

Main responsibilities will include managing both the press release and annual report process in their entireties, managing quarterly conference calls, managing the IR section of the corporate website, assisting in managing communications with Wall Street, developing and maintaining the corporate presentation, managing the annual shareholder meeting and proxy voting leading up to the meeting, and tracking performance of comparable biotech companies.

Other peripheral duties include managing investor conference logistics, responding to individual investor inquiries, and preparing the IR section of Board of Director briefing books.
REQUIREMENTS
Must have a bachelor's degree and five years of work experience in investor relations.

Knowledge of the biotechnology industry and Wall Street is preferable.

Must have a strong ability to analyze and understand financial documents, as well as work cohesively with senior members of the management team, in particular the VP of IR and Senior Director of Corporate Communications.

Superior organizational, prioritization, and communication skills are highly desired.
