Sr. Facilities Manager
Santa Rosa, CA

Utilize your leadership skills in the fields of Facilities Operations and Engineering, as you lead teams and programs to deliver cost effective productive maintenance, facility compliance, renovations, and space utilization of facilities. You will team up with various levels of management and functional areas to manage strategic space planning, while controlling overall facility quality, and managing annual capital and expense budgets. You will also be responsible for staff development and performance management, as you work to meet company goals.
REQUIREMENTS
To qualify, you must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Engineering or other related field, or have 5+ years of experience in managing facilities operations, strategic space planning, real estate management, and vendor service management in a major manufacturing complex. Experience managing a medical device manufacturing facility and knowledge of FDA facility requirements is highly desired. Knowledge and experience with lean manufacturing, six sigma, and total productive maintenance principles is also desired. Excellent communication skills and basic computer skills are also required.
