We are currently seeking an experience Market Research Analyst for our Corporate Legal Services team.
The Senior Market Research Analyst supports the Manager, Strategic Reporting & Analysis and Strategic Marketing Department, by assisting in preparation of various regular and ad-hoc analyses and reports.

Responsibilities and Duties:

oPerforms basic analyses using database and statistical software;
oPrepares scheduled reports in support of regular reporting activities of department.
oMaintains and assists in maintaining various databases, which may include Fortune 1000, Marketing Database, law firm databases, etc.
oPerforms queries and reports using these databases.
oAssists in creation and administration of customer product satisfaction surveys, including assembling and analyzing survey results. (Expected to receive training on survey software.)
oPerforms other ad-hoc research projects as needed.
REQUIREMENTS
oBachelor's Degree required; undergraduate degree in Statistics, Economics or equivalent a plus.
oMBA or post-undergraduate study in marketing, statistics, finance or equivalent highly desirable.
oFive years' corporate experience, preferably demonstrating depth and breadth of analytical experience/skills.
oBusiness to Business industry experience preferred, experience in corporate representation and/or legal services industry highly desirable.
oMust have demonstrated strong communication skills (written and oral) as well as analytical capability. Market research and/or survey research experience a plus.
oMust have MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) proficiency. Database (MS Access) and/or statistical software (SPSS) experience a plus.
