Software Engineer

Job Description:
Design, implement, debug, document, release, and maintain Windows PC applications. Identify and resolve system problems. Work with BC Tec’s OEM customers to embed support for our client’s products in OEMs’ systems. Create and analyze technical software specifications, including software requirements documents and use cases.
Work independently under general supervision.
REQUIREMENTS
Basic Qualifications:
BS in Computer Science, Computer engineering or EE
5 years experience in a job programming C/C++, C#
2 years programming in C++ in a VisualStudio or .Net environment
Work experience with Win32, COM and ATL, ACTIVE X, DLL and serial protocols.


Helpful Abilities (desirable, but not required):
• Experience with development of Windows device drivers, and GUI applications.
• Experience working with real-time embedded systems.
• Familiarity with MS Windows serial device drivers and protocols.
• Good English-language written and spoken communication skills.
