SENIOR ANALYTICAL CHEMIST

We are currently seeking a Senior Analytical Chemist who will be responsible for developing, validating, and implementing analytical test methods as well as conducting analytical investigations. The Senior Analytical Chemist ensures that all generated laboratory work is in compliance with development and commercialization regulatory requirements. The position will interface directly with Manufacturing, Research, Quality Control, and Quality Assurance groups. The position reports to the Analytical Technical Leader.
REQUIREMENTS
-Ph.D. degree with 3+ years, or MS with 7+ years relevant experience in analytical methods development.
-Experience working in a cGMP laboratory in a FDA regulated environment.
-Ability to write study protocols and reports.
-Demonstrated experience with developing and validating analytical methodologies.
-In-depth theoretical and practical knowledge of a wide range of analytical techniques.
-Broad background applying technical knowledge and innovation to solve product development problems.
-Practical team leadership skills; ability to mentor laboratory personnel.
-Superior communication skills and ability to work in a flexible changing environment.
-Good teamwork and project management skills; ability to collaborate with business and scientific personnel at all levels.
