Los Angeles, CA and HawaiiDUTIES: Responsible for representing Novartis and its products to our entire customer base including pulmonologists, infectious disease, critical care, clinical pharmacists, and all appropriate healthcare providers. Develop, implement,and manage successful strategies and tactics for the utilization of available Marketing and Sales promotional materials and/or programs. Must be able to present all products in such a way to provide fair balance and in keeping with compliance guidelines established by the company. Facilitates the development of business/clinical networks that support optimal therapeutic care and are consistent with Novartis Biopharmaceutical business objectives and policies. Provide Sales and Marketing Management with insight and feedback gained through customer interaction. In accordance with company policy, report any and all medical or product complaints, or adverse event. Create and maintain a favorable image for Novartis with

Minimum requirements BA or BS degree in a technical field or a business degree. Minimum of 3 years of successful pharmaceutical sales experience. Pulmonary market experience preferred. Demonstrated ability to be successful in consultative selling situations/markets. Demonstrated ability to succeed in a creative, entrepreneurial environment. 35% travel time is required.
