Regulatory Manager

The Regulatory Manager monitors compliance of facility, procedures, and personnel to regulatory requirements through audit, training, and documentation.
The candidate will:
1. Conduct employee orientation regarding SOP's, CGMP and Safety Policies and Procedures.
2. Conducts in-house and supplier audits against SOP's, CGMP and OSHA regulations
3. Manage Water Validation Program
4. Manage compliance programs
5. Assist and conduct departmental training programs throughout the plants
6. Supervise Regulatory Assistant (MSDS, non GMO and non-animal testing).
7. Assist in development of protocols and procedures
8. Maintain organized documents and files
9. Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor
REQUIREMENTS
Education and/or Experience: B.S. in Chemistry, Pharmacy or equivalent education. Masters Degree preferred. Two years minimum R&D experience in FDA regulated industry.Skill Requirements: Must have good visual alertness, computer literate, must have good written and oral communication skills, knowledge of drug submissions, labeling regulations, FTC requirements.Scientific Careers is made of up scientists who place scientists.
