Regional Sales Director-Home Care

Lead and motivate a team of 11 home care sales reps in Florida, Alabama and Tennessee. Five reps in Florida, four in Tennessee and two in Alabama. Strategic thinking and leading his/her Region to achieve strategic regional and corporate sales plans. Hire, train, develop and retain a high performing staff. Executive level competency with Microsoft Word and Excel. Overall management responsibility to reach balance profit attainment through revenue generation, growth, collection, and cost management utilizing the corporate selling process. Recruit, hire and train Sales Consultants, Account Managers and Regional Sales Consultants to achieve these results. Ensure that the company representatives are consistently representing the company's financial and compliance interests.
REQUIREMENTS
Ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of documented successful medical/hospital/home care, extended care or acute care sales management experience. Our ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker and have a real talent for motivating a team and has had hands-on experience managing a direct sales team. Must be capable of understanding a conceptual sales process and conveying it to others. Must be highly organized with excellent people management, planning and analytical problem-solving skills.
