QA Tech I - Manufacturing (3rd Shift)

QA Technician I, Manufacturing will monitor and perform testing on varying manufacturing processes to ensure process capability and quality of the product.

Responsibilities:
* Perform catching line clearance including equipment, solution, components, and label verification.
* Monitor process performance of fill volume, head space, seal integrity, vacuum by employing SPC techniques and in-process testing.
* Operate testing equipment/gages like gas chromatograph and electronic balances.
* Support validation and manufacturing studies including special sampling and testing.
* Administer samples collection for QC and stability programs.
* Perform visual inspection of in-process samples to control PM product contamination.
* Communicate quality-related observations to management and production personnel.
* Maintain quality assurance documentation and testing equipment supplies.
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
Minimum required experience, education, skills, knowledge and training:
* 2 year AA degree in Science or Life Science field, or equivalent work experience.
* Good visual acuity and observation skills.
* Experience with measuring tools and laboratory equipment.
* Good written and oral communication skills.
* Ability to handle diversity of projects.

Prefered experince, education, skills, knowledge and training:
* Knowledge and experience with SPC or Gas Chromatography.
* Completion of aseptic/gowning course.
* Experience/understanding of clean room classification.
* Shift flexibility
