DuPont is seeking a research scientist to work in a multidisciplinary team primarily focused on the development of new polymers and formulations for specialty applications.  We are seeking a self-motivated, highly driven person to provide technical leadership and research output in a fast-paced environment.  The successful candidate will be expected to develop new specialty polymeric materials and formulations.  The successful candidate should be able to efficiently translate customer requirements into concepts for new materials.  REQUIREMENTS


PhD in Polymer Chemistry or Organic Chemistry

Minimum 3 years industrial or postdoctoral experience.

Demonstrated knowledge of synthetic and mechanistic polymer chemistry and/or organic chemistry. 

Background of polymeric materials in medical applications and drug delivery is a plus.
