Project Manager
Responsibilities:
The project manager is responsible for managing all activities relative to successfully implementing a Market Research-Healthcare Data project. The PM is responsible for managing the delivery schedule and the quality of the deliverables through the project lifecycle (discovery, requirements, build, q/a, and implementation). The PM is also responsible for coordinating the development activities with cross functional team members from IT and Operations. May also be responsible for contributing to improving the project management methodology as well as offering recommendations relative to process workflow changes that enhance our ability to deliver quality projects to our clients
Minimum Qualifications:
•Education & Training: Bachelor's degree from 4-year college or university in life sciences or related field required
•Master's degree preferred
•PMI certification or comparable experience with proven PM responsibility for mid to large scale projects is a plus
•Business Experience: 5+ years experience of continuing responsibility in the Pharmaceutical or Market Research industry
Specialized Knowledge & Skills:
•Strong, proven project management skills
•Strong written and verbal communication skills
•In-depth knowledge of industry-accepted project management methodologies
•Ability to interact, direct, and influence cross-functional teams
Project Team Lead
Responsibilities:
Using HIPAA compliant, integrated hospital/doctor office/lab/prescription and/or healthcare claims data, a PTL performs the following job functions to meet pharmaceutical custom analytical business needs:
•Defines/refines client user requirements
•Creates study design
•Develops business rules
•Performs statistical analysis
•Creates data views/template/report drafts
•Creates and documents technical specifications
•Performs quality assurance checks
•Delivers timely data products
Minimum Qualifications:
•Education & Training: Master's Degree from college/university in Biostatistics/Epidemiology or related quantitative disciplines
•Business Experience: 7-10 years relevant experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
Specialized Knowledge & Skills:
•Experience in quantitative sciences with a minimum of 3 years of relevant analytical experience with multi-TB hospital/lab/prescription/doctor office claims databases.
•Knowledge of advance statistical techniques, such as regression, forecasting, confidence intervals, etc.
•Familiarity with pharmaceutical market research analysis such as brand switching, dosing, average days of therapy, etc.
•Ability to interface with IT developers, business and analytical analysts, sales and clients in order to build consensus.
•Ability to work under stringent deadlines, anticipate user changes, and manage multiple concurrent, complex projects.
•Excellent project management, verbal and written communication, analytical and presentation skills
•Strong knowledge of medical terminology, acute and chronic diseases, ICD-9-CM/CPT/HCPSC medical coding, pharmaceutical drug classifications and HIPAA compliance required.
•MUST be proficient in M/S, SAS together with the manipulation of multi-GB data sets into structures required for analytical/reporting requirements.
Product Solutions Manager
General Roles and Responsibilities:
•Supports Business Development and Account Management as a Senior Analyst and project manager for all deliverables and special projects on assigned accounts.
•Produces complex analyses using the appropriate tools in support of both client deliverables, client queries and sales activities as requested by account management.
•Assures quality and timely delivery of all production deliverables and analyses.
•Designs and implements and/or oversees implementation of custom solutions that maximize reuse of existing solutions, short and long term profitability and consistency with our technical platform.
•Bridges business (Product Development/Marketing), and technical (AS/IS/AA) worlds to further define and drive product and custom solution design and development.
•Works closely with Product Development/Marketing, Business Development, Account Services or other internal client teams to understand business requirements and translate these into documented functional data and system requirements.
•Supports Product Development/Marketing with further definition, and prioritizing and product development and enhancements. Defines functional requirements
Skills & Qualifications:
•Understanding of industry and sales/marketing

•Broad understanding of data and business rules
•Deep understanding of software and data solution
•Skilled at executing analysis according to specific quality manner

•MBA preferred.
•Minimum of 3 years experience.
