On Site Coordinator

The Site Services Coordinator will report to the site Team Lead and be responsible for multiple day to day activities. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Order and data entry
Customer Service
Product Sourcing
Follow site SOP?s (Standard Operating Procedures)
Site Logistics and Delivery
Assist in work overflow
Provide backup and coverage when required
Other tasks as assigned

REQUIREMENTS
The successfuly candidate will possess the following:
Strong Customer focus.
Attention to detail.
Basic safety knowledge.
Ability to handle difficult situations.
Good problem solving.
Good organization skills.
Ability to work independently.
Good communication skills.
Ability to lift 30-60 lbs if needed.
Basic computer skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Science background a plus.
Prior customer service experience a plus.
Be able to pass a drug screen and 5 year background check
Limited air travel and driving may be required.
