Mechanical Test Engineer

A biomechanical testing lab is searching for a mechanical/biomedical engineer to take part in the operation of our lab. This person is responsible for mechanical testing setups, incoming jobs, overseeing general machine operation, maintenance schedules, data reduction, technical report writing, and assisting in the overall output of a quality product. They are a strong part of our team and need to have strong mechanical and mathematical aptitude and an eagerness to learn and strong written/verbal communication skills. Technical writing skills and software skills a must. We are a fast-paced, small start-up environment that requires a self directed individual capable of working with minimal supervision and capable of multi-tasking. Minimum 4yr engineering degree and experience with mechanical systems. Servo, electrical controls and measurement experience a plus.
