Local Creamery in search of a Lab Technician to assist in achieving company's food safety goals. This is a 90-day temp hire to position to start immediately!

Responsibilities include:

Ensures that all work performed to GMP standards and SOP's.

Serve as testing specialist

Conducts all product and environmental testing

Perform Microbiology analysis (bacterial, yeast, mold)

Maintain documentation and files

Management of laboratory supplies

Provide daily,weekly,monthly reports

Test products

Recording findings and track results
