FIELD SERVICE REP
In this role, you will drive to Hospital/Medical Centers and other assigned locations on a daily basis. You will also perform on-site field service Test/Investigation & Repair of electronic-mechanical medical devices including Intravenous Electronic Drug Delivery Systems. These duties will include medical device installation, test & inspection, troubleshooting, electronic-mechanical repair, installation of hardware/software upgrades, and performance certifications.

In addition, you will implement and manage field service continuous improvement programs at assigned accounts. You will establish and maintain frequent communications with various customer personnel including management, bio-medical/clinical engineering, pharmacy, materials, central supply, and clinicians. You will also provide accurate, timely and detailed field service reports, feedback on customer satisfaction, service activity and other administrative reports via computer input and hand written reports. Additionally, you will present and sell field service agreements. You will be required to travel approximately 35%, mostly within 2 - 3 hours driving time. There will also be occasional need for overnight travel.
REQUIREMENTS
To be successful in this position, you must possess:

2 - 5 years Biomedical Technician with electronic device repair & field service experience including strong analytical problem solving skills, excellent verbal and written communications skills with experience in dealing with customers in a positive and professional manner
Skills in use of computer for input/output of service reports and other data
Ability to travel upon short notice
Ability to work overtime as needed
A Valid driver’s license is required
Self-starter capability and ability to work effectively with minimal direction.
A total of 5 -10 years Electronics field service/BMET experience with proven ability to assess, improve, and manage customer’s service experience.
Computer networking skills a plus
