Dental Implant/Device Sales

SUMMARY: Manages territory sales activities of organization by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other
duties may be assigned.

Accomplishes established quotas, and goals, and advises dealers,
distributors, and clients concerning sales and advertising techniques.

Analyzes sales statistics to formulate policy and to assist company in
promoting sales.

Reviews market analyses to determine customer needs and volume
potential to accommodate goals of company.

Informs Regional Manager of unprofitable items in sales line.

Represents company at trade association meetings to promote product.

Coordinates liaison between sales department and other sales related
units.

Assists other departments within organization to prepare manuals and
technical publications.

Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume and potential sales
REQUIREMENTS
QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Bachelors degree or equivalent coupled with 3-5 years of relevant sales experience or possess the equivalent combination of education and experience.

LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical
journals and financial reports. Ability to respond to common inquiries
or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the
business community. Ability to effectively present information to
top management, public groups, and/or customers.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest,
commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference.

REASONING ABILITY
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw
valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of
technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with
several abstract and concrete variables.
