Additional duties may include assisting with patient safety and risk management activities, performing investigational reviews, collecting performance improvement data, and reviewing clinical trial studies. REQUIREMENTS
Preferred Qualifications: Experience/Specialized Skills:
5 years of acute care/infection control experience and/or data collection and performance improvement/risk management experience. Must have experience with adult education, basic statistics and epidemiological principles.Required Education/Course(s)/Training:
BSN or equivalent experience preferred
RN, CIC or attendance of a basic Infection Control training course with the past 5 years preferred.
Required Certification/Registration:
Certification in Infection Control (CIC) or attends a basic infection control training course
Current CA RN license
