Business Development Analyst

PharmAthene, Inc., a growing Biotech/biodefense firm based in Annapolis, Maryland is currently searching for a Business Development Analyst to fill a position created due to corporate growth.

In this role, the successful candidate will assist the Director in the formulation and execution of strategies and tactics required to achieve business development goals and advises executive management in the definition and development of investment growth strategies for the company. In this capacity, the Analyst will develop and present detailed financial analyses on a periodic or project basis.
REQUIREMENTS
To be considered for this role, you must have a Masters degree in a scientific or financial field and financial analysis experience, and three or more years of experience in a biotech/pharmaceutical business development or licensing environment and a clear understanding of drug development process and financial modeling using NPV, Comparables and Multiples. Direct experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, venture capital or corporate partnering/deal making processes is highly desired.

As this position will directly support PharmAthene’s efforts relating to national defense, US citizenship or US Permanent Residency status will be required.
