Accept outgoing wires via telephone or fax from internal and external customers.
Verify customer signatures on faxed wire requests.
Perform call-backs to verify accuracy with customers according to their written instructions.
Key outgoing wire messages into the MoneyNet system.QUALIFICATIONS:
Prior wire experience preferred, but not required
Able to type 35 words per minute accurately
Detail oriented
Ability to follow specific written and/or verbal wire instructions
Ability to work with numbers comfortablySKILLS:
