REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidates will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with mortgage brokers; explaining product offerings and underwriting guidelines to our clients; closing the sale of loans to brokers; working with inside operations teams to expedite the closing of loans; and providing feedback to management to improve overall company performance and profitability.
2+ years of Sub Prime Residential mortgage lending experience in a wholesale capacity.
Proven network and established book of business in immediate area where position is located.
Documented successful track record of origination and production of sub prime mortgage loans required.
Effective communication skills and the ability to work independently while meeting or exceeding production standards.
