Wholesale Area Sales Manager - Mortgage

PRODUCING WHOLESALE AREA SALES MANAGER, MORTGAGE

INTERVIEWS WILL BE IMMEDIATE!

Base salary + BP’s +Overrides on Account Executives production

The Area Sales Manager’s responsibilities would include but not limit to training and day to day management of Account Executives within their region. You would be expected to work closely with your Account Executives to develop new territories throughout the region and increase monthly volume.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Oversees their wholesale area production/operation.
Coordinates and facilitates the sales activities of their staff.
Responsible for effectively training and coaching associates on industry knowledge, sales techniques and internal policies and procedures.

REQUIREMENTS
QUALIFICATIONS

Looking for an experienced individual with a proven track record of success both as a producer and as a manager.

Thorough knowledge of wholesale lending programs, procedures and regulatory compliance.
Ability to understand, explain, and train account executives on our guidelines and procedures
Proven leader with a demonstrated record of success
Detail oriented with superior follow up skills
2-3 years experience in Wholesale Lending Management with solid broad range experience within mortgage industry
