First Connect, the sub-prime division of First Horizon National Corporation, is currently seeking high producing Account Executives with a proven track record of success for the following areas:Tampa/Orlando/MiamiYou bring your energy, ambition, sub-prime expertise, and proven sales record in exchange for a rewarding and challenging sales career where we give you the tools to succeed, a corporate culture that is self-empowering, supportive management, and one of the top compensation schedules in the industry.First Connect Account Executives provide marketing support to First Horizon Wholesale and are responsible for calling on and servicing mortgage brokers and correspondents within a specified territory in order to maximize sales volume for First Connect. Our goal is to provide all clients, internal and external, the best service in the industry as economically as possible. Our sales team can only achieve this goal through leadership by example, possessing and constantly demonstrating positive attitudes, possessing superior program knowledge and being effective communicators.Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide world class service to all internal and external clients
Assist First Horizon Account Executives in the marketing of FC programs and services
Pre-qualify loan applicants manually or via an AUS
Possess superior product, industry, and competition knowledge
Excellent communicator to all parties
Professionally represent FC and market FC products and services to match the client’s needs
Change with the industry and keep pace with technology and marketing strategies
Be self-disciplined to get the job done on a daily basis
Be able to work out of home or office with minimal supervision
Possess excellent sales experience and marketing skills
Have ability to obtain and develop productive relationships
Monitor performance of brokers
Travel as required
Attend conventions and meetings as required
Meet National Wholesale's goals and objectives
Achieves superior sales and marketing performance by creating value in our products and services
Fosters National Wholesale presence in respective markets through active solicitation of wholesale sources
Provides market data and other required paperwork to management to help grow market share
Prepares necessary paperwork in order to approve wholesale brokers
REQUIREMENTS
JOB REQUIREMENTS (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
As a First Connect AE you will be expected to develop and maintain a working knowledge in the following areas:
All National Wholesale Products and Services
Pricing Policy
Competitor’s Products/Pricing/Service
Sales Skills (subsequent to training)
All Automated Services offered by FCInternal Workflow
Company provide value-added seminars
FC computer systems (including E-mail) Ability to work within corporate environment required
EDUCATION:HS Graduate, College preferred
EXPERIENCE:Minimum 1-3 years proven success in SUB-PRIME mortgage sales as an Account Executive with a current broker base
