Vice President Operations

The Vice President will manage a rapidly growing HR services organization currently serving over 2,000 clients, including 75 of the Fortune 500 companies. The continued success of the company will depend upon the contributions of several key management team members, including this one. This critical senior management role, reports directly to the Senior Vice President of Service Delivery.

•Full planning, budgetary and service delivery responsibility for the following business units, Card operations, Claims, Vendor Management, Transit, Fulfillment and Financial Operations.
•Provide day to day leadership for several operations sites located in several states (Arizona, California, Michigan, and Wisconsin)
•Full cost center accountability for these groups and specific responsibility for margin targets.
•Frequent travel (up to 35%) to other facilities with operations groups, as well as to support Client Service and Sales efforts.
REQUIREMENTS
•At least 7-12 years Director level or higher service operations experience in a HR services, financial services or similar industries.
•Demonstrated track record of process improvements.

Bachelor Degree required; MBA preferred
