Trust Administrator Assistant III

This position will support two Trust Officers in providing high touch service to participants within 401(k) plans for which the bank acts as Trustee. The participants supported may invest in a wide array of stocks, bonds, mutual funds and alternative investments. The successful candidate will process daily transactions, respond to participant inquiries and interact with multiple internal departments as well as outside brokerage and investment advisory firms.Job Requirements

0-5 years experience with retirement plans, trusts, investment advisory or brokerage firms strongly preferred.
Basic knowledge of stocks, bonds and mutual funds strongly preferred.
Experience with SunGard OmniPlus, SEI TRUST3000 and/or National Financial Streetscape is highly desirable.
Familiarity with ERISA is highly desirable.
Ability to interact effectively with all levels of Bank personnel, vendors and customers required.
Attention to detail and accuracy required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills required.
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills required.
Excellent organizational skills and time management skills required.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (e.g.,Word, Excel) required.
Bachelor's degree with coursework in finance or accounting desired.
