Trust Administrator Assistant III

401(K) Trust Administrative Assistant. The position will interact with clients and process daily 401(k)-related financial transactions including: contributions, distributions, participant loans, loan repayments and demographic changes. Assists Trust Officer, identifies and resolves problems and discrepancies arising in account administration. Researches and responds to client inquiries.Job Requirements

0-5 years experience with retirement plans, trusts and/or investments strongly preferred.
Experience with SunGard OmniPlus and/or SEI TRUST3000 is highly desirable.
Familiarity with ERISA is highly desirable.
Ability to interact effectively with all levels of Bank personnel, vendors and customers required.
Attention to detail and accuracy required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills required.
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills required.
Excellent organizational skills and time management skills required.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (e.g.,Word, Excel) required.
Bachelor's degree desired.
