Trust Administrator Assistant II

Assists Trust Administrators with cash management activities by monitoring cash flows of trust accounts. Prepares routine discretionary payment requests for Trust Administrator's review. Identifies and resolves problems and discrepancies arising in account administration. Prepares drafts of simple account-related documents. Prepares and monitors close-out of accounts. Assists Trust Administrative Assistants level III and IV.Job Requirements

Minimum of 2 years experience as a Trust Administrator Assistant I or equivalent work experience required.
Previous Trust experience or knowledge of Trust terminology preferred.
Ability to interact effectively with all levels of Bank personnel, vendors and customers required.
Attention to detail and accuracy required.
Computer literacy required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
Excellent analytical skills required.
Excellent organizational skills required.
Excellent time management skills required.
Excellent typing skills required.
