We have an outstanding opportunity for a dynamic Operations
Supervisor!





Job Duties:

Plan, develop and manage the service functions and/or
processing environments for Fireman's Fund Monetary Authorities,
Travel & Entertainment expenses, P-Card Administration, W-9 tracking,
1099 editing and B Notices

ATLAS (Claims System) vendor set-up.

Develop and implement streamlined work flow procedures,
enhancements to existing systems and ensure service level agreements
are met.

Define, plan and monitor staffing requirements, work
schedules and service objectives in accordance with business goals.
Recommend adjustments as necessary.

Hire, train and evaluate employees in multiple functions;
ensure training materials are developed and implemented, and that
staff is trained to support the delivery of products and services.



Requirements:

Progressively responsible work experience managing a group
of service or financial staff, preferably in an Insurance environment

Knowledge of office operations, work flow analysis and
current technologies in systems and telecommunications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent human resource skills to hire, train, direct and
motivate a large workforce.

Analytical skills to assess operations problems and develop
solutions/improvements.

Working knowledge of Travel & Entertainment policy and
procedures, and 1099 reporting.
