Teller Manager 1

Manage Branch Teller staff; includes staff scheduling, problem resolution, decision-making, ensures policies and procedures are being followed. Manage the teller referral process. Provide coaching, support and all training for Teller staff. Responsible for accuracy of and quality of work processed. Responsible for performance appraisals. Promote a positive and productive work enviroment.
REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma or Equivalent.
1 year experience in Teller Supervision.
Complete knowledge of typical teller and branch functions.
General knowledge of computer skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
