Job Summary:

> Performs daily branch teller activities

> Maintains bank customer service standards at all times

> Participates in and supports branch sales efforts by referring/cross selling products to customers

> Operates new accounts desk, as necessary Job Requirements
Education(ED), Experience(EX), and Knowledge/Abilities (K/A), required for competent performance in the job:

ED High school diploma, or equivalent.
EX Previous customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
K/A Excellent Customer Service and Communication Skills
K/A Aptitude for working with numbers.
K/A Ability to work under conditions of heavy business volume and frequent distractions.
K/A Problem solving ability.
K/A Basic keyboard skills.
