JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Responsible for the budgeting, forecasting and analysis of general & administrative departments.
Work with heads of departments to compile detailed departmental forecasts based on current and projected company activities.Analyze month-end results; prepare variance analyses, send out statements of actual vs. budget and forecast.Upload/download financial data into the general ledger system.

REQUIREMENTS



BS in Finance or Accounting, MBA a plus. 4-6 years’ experience in financial analysis. Strong PC skills, in particular Microsoft Excel.FRX or general ledger system reporting tools.
Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to meet goals with little supervision in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Thinking clearly and analytically, attention to detail.
Time management and prioritization.Flexibility required.
Must be able to delegate to staff.
Experience coaching and mentoring staff.
