A rapidly-expanding Commercial Bank is seeking a Commercial Lending Team Leader for their downtown Los Angeles Middle-Market Commercial Banking Group. This is a "hands-on" leadership role, involving overseeing and supporting the activities of a team of lenders, while also continuing to develop and commercial clients and business. Market target is commercial clients with $5MM to $100MM in sales.

This is a very high visibility opportunity in a nationally-known commercial bank that has embarked on an aggressive business expansion strategy. As part of their executive management team, you will be involved in the day-to-day management of the business, along with strategic planning and team mentoring.

REQUIREMENTS
QUALIFIED CANDIDATES FOR THESE OPPORTUNITIES WILL HAVE:

A successful background in commercial lending to businesses in California;

Extensive relationship management skills;

Previous management or supervisory experience;

Strong presentation skills, professional image and proven ability to interact with business executives and senior-level clientele.
