Syndications/Participations Supervisor

Position Summary: Supervises the activities of the Members/Solds team specializing in servicing transactions and closings on Member syndications, participations purchased, and related sold participations. Independently performs complex analysis, studies and projects to support specialized servicing of syndications. Interprets complex loan documentation and interacts with syndicate banks, relationships managers, closing associates, and corporate customers to carry out booking and servicing requirements.
REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge and Skills: High school diploma and 3-5 years experience including supervisory/management experience preferably in banking or financial services industry or appropriate combination of education and experience. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business management or relevant discipline preferred. Basic knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and accounting procedures. Intermediate knowledge of loan servicing, general ledger. Advanced knowledge of Syndication and Loan Trading Association standards for trade confirmations and settlements; and Federal Reserve Bank compensation rules preferred. Advanced knowledge of personal computers and software applications such as word processing, spreadsheets and databases. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline oriented environment. Excellent organizational, oral and written communication skills.
