Supervisor, Retail Mortgage Production

POSITION SUMMARY/PURPOSE OF POSITION:

This position assumes full responsibility of the actions of each Loan Consultant and is responsible for the results oriented measurements of performance. This position must be proactive in identifying potential areas of concern with staff and product mix. The Supervisor position makes many day-to-day decisions relating to integrity of the loans and performance levels of the individuals on the team.



ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:

Manage the day-to-day operations of their mortgage sales team

Provide results oriented goals to Loan Consultants on an ongoing basis

Facilitate processing related matters for sales agents

Participating in forward thinking items to better service our customers

Responsible for testing and troubleshooting new processe!

REQUIREMENTS


MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:



Minimum prior experience:

Minimum of 2 years mortgage experience in comparable platforms. Sales experience a must.&nbs!
p; Prior management skills required. Must be able to effectively carry down the company message in a clear and concise format. Must adapt quickly to changing markets and have a dedication to the company. Must possess the ability to meet deadlines and follow through on assigned tasks.

Minimum Education:

Bachelors degree preferred
