SunTrust-at-Work Specialist

Our goal is nothing less than becoming the leading provider of financial services in the southeastern United States.Incumbent in this position will drive sales performance through direct sales and coordinating a small, elite sales team using lists of prospective employers for the SunTrust At Work (SAW) program. Responsible for scheduling the region’s SAW business development effort for existing and prospective customers, including scheduling and participating in meetings between branch managers, non-Retail Relationship Managers, their company contacts and that company’s HR people. These meetings should be followed by sales meetings where this person, their elite team members and the local branch staff sell SAW. This position will be responsible for this and the results. Provides accurate and timely sales reports and information.
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:•3 – 5 years experience in marketing and/or business development.
•Excellent written and oral communications skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of management.
•Well developed presentation skills
•PC literate with proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPointPreferred Requirements:•Retail branch banking experience helpful
