Human Resources Staffing Specialist- As a member of the Human Resources team, these positions report directly to Human Resources Management while working closely with Generalists, Recruiters and Operations. Responsibilities include administrative support including the non-exempt pre-employment testing process through onboarding and assisting current employees with Human Resource questions and related work such as payroll and benefits.
Duties may include but are not limited to scheduling test sessions, proctoring/scanning test sessions, coordinating interviews, candidate offers/declines, system input of data and talking with candidates. Additional responsibilities include support activities and presentation of New Hire Orientation, liaison work with Recruiters and the Service Center for all forms of background checks, maintenance and compliance of pre and post new hire paperwork, and ordering supplies/food. Individual may attend job fairs as necessary and will be responsible for other duties as assigned. These positions may also perform payroll and benefit activity.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 3 years experience in a fast-paced support staff environment. Prior experience in Human Resources is highly preferred. Proven proficiency in a Windows based environment to include Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Access. Well developed written, oral and presentation skills, as well as interpersonal skills. Ability to interact as a member of a diverse team, flexible to change with strong organizational/process execution skills.
