The Sr. Loan Service Representative acts as liaison between commercial banking, personal banking, and loan services. Provides in-depth knowledge regarding structuring transactions and processing complex loans on the system, such as expatriate loans, agent loans,etc. Processes and balances loan payments and prepares general ledger entries. Researches and resolves internal and client loan inquiries,examining source documents and related reports.
REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge of system capabilities experience is required to prepare reports. Knowledge of rules and regulations governing loan documents, such as Regulations:(Z)Truth and Lending, (O)Loans to officers/employees, and (U)Maximum loans on margin stock experience is required to set up complex loans. Analytical skills are required to research and resolve inquiries.

Experience: 3 years loan operations experience.
