A+ Mortgage is a full-service Mortgage company with offices spread thoughout Washington. We are Licensed in Alaska, Oregon, Idaho, Colorado, Washington and growing.

We have both full-time and part-time positions available. There is no state exam to take. And no state CEs.

With A+ Mortgage, you are in business for yourself, but not by yourself. A dedicated staff of loan processors is there to see your business gets closed. All you do is focus on loan origination and the sales process.

Experience in marketing of mortgage loans is welcomed, but not necessary. Experienced loan originators, i.e. Sales Managers, will supervise our new originators, and there is potential for a six-figure income.

New to the mortgage business? That's OK. We will train you. You will then be assigned to an experienced loan supervisor and manager who will coach you and guide you through this exciting career.
REQUIREMENTS
Applicants should have good people skills, and speak in a conversational tone of voice. High-pressure salespeople should not apply.

Applicants should have the desire to improve a client's financial situation first, and consider their sales commission second.

Applicants should be self-disciplined and have the ability to work independently while remaining a TEAM player.

Applicants must be coachable and teachable. Do not apply if you know everything.

Applicants should be system-focused; understanding that if you run the system, the system will run the business.

Applicants should dress professionally.

Applicants go through a full background check. Felons need not apply.

Employees will be required to attend regular training meetings, often weekly.
