Sr. Consultants are involved in the design and implementation of custom, technology enabled business solutions. Sr. Consultants function as integrators between business needs and technology solutions. Responsibilities include, among others, defining systems strategy, developing system requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures and implementation. Sr. Consultants perform accurate analysis and effective diagnosis of client issues and manage day-to-day client relationships at peer client levels. Sr. Consultants gain exposure to multiple clients within the practice while demonstrating an awareness of the full breadth of services offered by engagement follow-on opportunities.Will the person in this role participate in business development activities? In this role, you will be responsible for supporting pursuits, development of executive relationships and oversee delivery of engagements.Position-specific Requirements:4-6 years experience in BI with an emphasis on requirements gathering, high level design and client workshop facilitationStrong communication and leadership skills requiredKnowledge of relational database concepts and data warehousing a plusPrior experience working on Cognos and Hyperion projects is a must.
