Sr Asset Manager

Our client, a national real estate investment trust (REIT), is in search for a Sr Asset Manager to work in its Asset Management Department. The company is one of the largest owner/operators of retail centers. You will be interacting with senior management as well as institutional clients and partners so if you can excel in a collaborative, innovative and fast-paced environment, are a team player, have excellent presentation and communication skills we want to talk to you.
3-7 yrs solid real estate asset management experience. Must be proficient in analysis, able to interpret/communicate analyze and professionally interact w/partners and senior management. Experience in financial modeling, Argus, real estate underwriting, and economics and/or retail real estate management would be highly beneficial and would greatly improve your ability to add immediate value to the department.
REQUIREMENTS
3-7 years Asset Management experience. Mall exp. a plus but not necessary. Must be proficient in analysis, able to interpret/communicate analysis and professionally interact w/partners and Senior Management.
